Nexora Assistant
Enterprise private-deployment AI assistant · one entry
Bring every business system into one conversation. You ask a single question; it gathers evidence across systems and returns a conclusion with sources and a version number.
Problem → Approach
The more systems, the more an answer costs
Specifications, knowledge base and test platform each own a segment, and that is as it should be. The hard part is the moment you stitch them together — that is still done entirely by hand.
| Past | How Nexora Assistant works |
|---|---|
| Open three systems, search four times, assemble the timeline yourself | One question, three parallel evidence paths, merged into a single card |
| Whether a conclusion is right relies on memory, and the cited source cannot be found | Every conclusion carries both a version number and a citation, clickable back to the source |
| AI can look but not change, and cannot say what a change would affect | Read-only boundary: query, compute, generate, notify; write operations stay in the business systems |
| One system down and the whole chain stops | Single-domain degradation: only that domain is unavailable, the rest answer as normal |
| The same thing called two different names, so searches come up empty | Terminology comes from the specification side and is isolated per person, so newcomers see only what they should |
| Restructuring systems into dependencies just to let AI in | Each of the four systems works standalone; connectivity is a bonus, not a prerequisite |
Capabilities
Six capabilities that make an answer hold up to follow-ups
Expert routing
Detects cross-domain questions, splits them automatically into several subtasks and runs them in parallel without blocking one another, merging the results at the end.
One endpoint for every system
The specification, knowledge base and test domains all connect through one MCP endpoint, with no new authentication system to introduce.
Answer with sources
Every answer carries a version number and where it was cited. A conclusion without a source is not given.
Read-only boundary
It only queries, computes, generates and notifies. Any action that changes business database state stays in the original system, done by a person.
Graceful degradation
The three domains probe and mount independently. If one is unreachable, only that domain is affected, and the error names the system instead of a vague "service error".
Unified identity, isolated per person
Four systems share one enterprise identity, and what is recognised is a specific person. Permissions are isolated per person, and cross-project sensitive material never enters the search scope.
Ecosystem
How it relates to the three systems
NexSpec Hub answers "what it should be", NexTest Studio answers "what has actually been verified", and the internal knowledge base answers "what happened before, and on what grounds". Nexora assembles the three into one answer you can trace.
| System | What it answers | What no one else can provide |
|---|---|---|
| NexSpec Hub | What it should be | Version uniqueness · SHA-256 chained audit · fixed-version dereferencing |
| Nex Knowledge Base | What happened before, and on what grounds | Cited unstructured search: minutes, reports, manuals, past issues |
| NexTest Studio | What has actually been verified | Test cases, executions, defects, change impact and quality metric snapshots |
| Nexora Assistant | Assemble the above into one traceable answer | Expert routing, parallel evidence gathering, source annotation — no duplication of the three |
Nexora duplicates none of their capabilities. It does only four things: route, gather evidence in parallel, assemble, and cite sources.
How It Works
What happens behind a cross-system question
Take "what changed in the BMS comms specification last week, which test cases are affected, and was it discussed at review?" — this is the flagship chain where all three systems run at once.
Six scenarios that make the value clear
Change impact end to end, which version is the latest, requirement-to-case coverage gaps, defect and quality trends, review materials generated automatically, multilingual support and onboarding.
The deeper the integration, the more it must come apart
The four systems each run independently, and connectivity is optional. Remove any single integration and both sides keep working as before.
Zero new cryptography
Identity reuses your existing corporate account system, keyed on the object identifier. No second account system is created, and no automatic merging by email address.
Deployment
Three deployment shapes. Pick what you need
You can start with just the assistant, or connect just one domain. The interface shows a status for each domain you have installed.
Shape A · standalone
Install only Nexora Assistant. The general conversation capability is fully available, with zero cross-system configuration.
Shape B · single connection
The assistant plus one business domain. The most common first pilot: install the assistant and the knowledge base, then configure a single connection.
Shape C · full ecosystem
The assistant plus all three domains, sharing one enterprise identity. Connection status is visible in the interface: connected, not configured, or unreachable — three distinct states.
Single-enterprise private deployment
Delivered to a single enterprise, not as multi-tenant SaaS. Targeted at automotive, Tier 1 and advanced manufacturing R&D organisations. The assistant and business systems deploy in the same network, and data never leaves it.
Desktop delivery, six platforms
Delivered as a desktop application covering Windows, macOS and Linux on amd64 and arm64, in two forms: green portable package and native installer.
