Three questions about pricing

Q1 Can we start with just one product?

Yes. That's exactly what the Team plan is for: pick one product, prove it out in a single team, validate value with real parsing accuracy and test-case reuse rates, then decide whether to expand across the organization.

Q2 What does the quote include?

Includes software licensing, on-premises deployment and configuration, model-endpoint integration testing, usage training, and version updates and technical support during the contract term. Custom integration development, on-site implementation, and dedicated SLAs fall under the Private Custom plan.

Q3 Why isn't the Private Custom plan priced?

Because deployment environments, model-endpoint options, existing data volume, and integration scope vary widely, the same feature set can take several times the effort in different environments. We prefer to assess the environment first, then give a quote that can be accounted for.
